tough workplace performer. At its heart is a free-revving air-oil cooled
386cc SOHC with plenty of bottom-end grunt. It feeds its power through a
constant mesh, auto clutch five-speed gearbox with reverse and an ultra low
first gear. Big Bear 400 features the all-terrain surety of Diff Lock,
accessible via Yamaha’s famous push button On-CommandŽ 2WD/4WD/Diff Lock
switching, as well as the off road ability and all day comfort of
independent rear suspension. If you like to change gears, there’s no need to
shift preferences.
